Our Story
After the birth of his daughter, Evans Omondi had an idea.
Embarking on the journey of fatherhood for the first time, he wanted to make sure that neither he nor his friends, who were also becoming fathers, would walk the journey of fatherhood alone.
Dadventurez was born from a simple yet powerful idea; to create a supportive community where fathers could journey through this experience together.
What began as an online space during lockdown, quickly revealed a greater need - a place where dads could connect, share experiences, and celebrate the joys and challenges that came with the journey.
And with the support of our partners, we hosted our first in-person session successfully at Corams' Fields, and we've been growing ever since.
Today, Dadventurez is dedicated to creating welcoming spaces where dads can come together, forge friendships and navigate the lifelong adventure of fatherhood as a community.
CJ Beckford
CJ Beckford is a passionate storyteller with a deep love for bringing narratives to life. Having showcased his talent in theatre productions, TV series, and film. He is dedicated to his craft to inspire and connect with others.
Beyond his artistic pursuits, CJ is committed to nurturing the next generation of storytellers, aiming to share his love of storytelling with children and foster their creativity. As a proud father to a vibrant 3yr old boy, he also channels his passion into supporting the growth and development of young minds, leaving a legacy of creativity and empowerment for the future.
William Johnson
William Johnson, better known as Will, is a passionate advocate for community development and mental wellbeing, with over a decade of experience in social impact initiatives. As the Co-Founder of Dadventures CIC, Will leads efforts to support fathers by addressing social isolation and promoting mental health through group activities, 1:1 support, and access to community resources.
Previously, Will held key roles within the charity sector, including Head of Programmes Community and Engagement for Westminster and RBKC, Father and Young Fathers project coordinator and Ventoring Project Coordinator. In these roles, he led impactful programs that empowered fathers and young people, fostering stronger connections within families and communities. With a background in project management, wellness coaching and youth engagement, Will is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities that inspire resilience and growth.

Evans is a dedicated advocate for children’s development and growth, with over a decade of professional experience working with kids. His passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their potential has been a driving force in his life, inspiring him to push boundaries and make a lasting impact.
As a proud father to a vibrant 3-year-old daughter, Evans has gained a deeper appreciation for the joys and challenges of parenthood, which has shaped his perspective on life and his approach to working with children. His personal experiences have fuelled his commitment to creating positive environments where children can thrive.
Laying the foundation for why he started Dadventurez. A father's group existing as a supportive and empowering community for fathers across the UK. Launched just eight months ago, this initiative is a source of immense pride for him, as it provides a space for fathers to share experiences, learn, and grow together in their parenting journeys.
